Our client is seeking an accomplished Finance Director to join a high-performing leadership team and play a pivotal role in guiding an ambitious consulting business through its next stage of development.
This is a broad and influential position, combining strategic leadership with hands-on ownership of financial performance, governance, forecasting, and business planning.
Working closely with senior stakeholders, you will provide clear commercial insight, support key business decisions, and ensure a robust financial framework is in place to support continued growth.

The Role
Lead and develop the finance function, ensuring the infrastructure is in place capable of sustaining fast-paced growth.
You will also act as a Finance Business Partner to the wider Leadership Team and key stakeholders.
Wider responsibilities may include managing lender, investor, and external adviser relationships.
Support acquisition activity, integration projects, and strategic initiatives.
You'll also drive the development of financial systems, reporting capabilities, and operational processes.
The Person
You will be a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) with proven experience operating as a senior Finance leader.
You will combine strong technical expertise with excellent commercial judgement and the credibility to influence at executive level.
