Some Key Responsibilities

  • Managing a varied and complex Commercial Property caseload
  • Acting for landowners, developers, housebuilders and commercial property owners
  • Handling acquisitions, disposals and development transactions
  • Advising on leases, options, overage and promotion agreements
  • Working on secured lending and property portfolio financing
  • Contributing to the continued growth and direction of the Commercial Property team

  • An experienced Commercial Property Solicitor at Senior Associate / Partner level
