This is an excellent opportunity for experienced CNC Turners, CNC Machinists, CNC Lathe Operators, Precision Engineers, and Aerospace CNC Operators to join a world-leading aerospace manufacturer producing precision-engineered components to the highest industry standards.

  • Key Duties
  • Carry out CNC and Centre Lathe Turning operations to aerospace specifications.
  • Manufacture precision-engineered components from raw materials through to finished products.
  • Operate in accordance with OCQ (Operator Control of Quality) procedures.
  • Read and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and process documentation.
  • Conduct in-process inspections and quality checks.
  • Complete all production documentation accurately and in line with company procedures.
  • Maintain high standards of housekeeping, safety, and quality.
  • Work collaboratively with production and quality teams to achieve manufacturing targets.

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a CNC Turner within precision engineering, aerospace, or a similar manufacturing environment.
  • Experience operating Centre Lathes and CNC Turning machinery.
  • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications.
  • Knowledge of quality control processes and inspection procedures.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality components.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to work.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a skilled engineering team.

  • Sunday: 10pm-7am.
  • Monday to Thursday: 12am-7am.
  • Days / Late Swing Shift

  • Monday to Thursday: 7am-3:30pm.

  • Monday to Thursday: 3:30pm-12am.
  • Weekend Shift
  • Saturday and Sunday.
  • 7am-7pm (12-hour shifts).
