Known for its personal approach, traditional values and high standard of client care, the firm acts for private individuals and businesses both nationally and internationally.

The Role
You will manage your own residential conveyancing caseload from quotation through to completion, handling a broad range of property matters, including:
- Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
- New build transactions
- Shared ownership sales and purchases
- Right to Buy
- Transfers of Equity
- Grant of new leases
- Part-exchange properties
- Mortgages and re-mortgages
- Lease extensions and enfranchisement
- Declarations of Trust
- Providing occasional cover for other conveyancers when required
You will play an active role within the team and contribute to the continued growth and success of the residential property department.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will ideally
- Be a qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 3 years' fee-earning experience in residential property
- Be confident managing a full conveyancing caseload independently
- Be proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Have experience using a case management system
- Possess excellent organisational, communication and interpersonal skills
- Be able to build and maintain strong client and referrer relationships
- Integrate well into an established team and adopt a hands-on, flexible approach
- Be keen to assist in the growth of the department and wider business
