The Role
As a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor (or Chartered Legal Executive), you will manage a caseload of residential property transactions and help drive the success of the firm's conveyancing services.
You will play a pivotal role in delivering legal guidance to clients and ensuring the smooth progression of each conveyance.
- Manage and oversee a wide range of residential conveyancing matters from inception to completion.
- Provide clear and pragmatic legal advice and support to clients throughout the entire process.
- Build and nurture relationships with clients, estate agents, and stakeholders.
- Ensure full compliance with legal regulations, standards, and best practices at all times.
- Proactively identify opportunities for personal and departmental development.
