If you're a Commercial Account Handler who takes pride in delivering great service, enjoys working closely with Account Executives, and wants the stability and progression that comes with a national broker, this is a strong next move. Based out of the East Sussex branch, you'll play a key role in supporting a portfolio of commercial clients while working within a collaborative, well-resourced team.

The Role

  • Support Account Executives in the day-to-day management of commercial insurance clients, handling renewals, mid-term adjustments, and client queries while ensuring a smooth and professional service throughout the policy lifecycle.
  • This is a hands-on, varied role where your technical knowledge and attention to detail will genuinely make a difference.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support Account Executives with the servicing of commercial insurance clients
  • Handle renewals, mid-term adjustments, and new business processing
  • Prepare documentation, presentations, and insurer submissions
  • Liaise with insurers to negotiate terms and secure competitive cover
  • Respond to client queries in a timely, professional manner
  • Ensure all compliance and regulatory requirements are met

About You

  • Experience in a Commercial Account Handler or similar broking role
  • Good working knowledge of commercial insurance products
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • Confident communicator, both written and verbal
  • Cert CII / working towards CII qualifications (desirable, not essential)
