Production Operative

Peak Season (October-November): Rotating weekly shifts (6:00am - 2:00pm / 2:00pm - 10:00pm)

Overtime: Regular overtime available, paid at enhanced rates.

The Role

As a Production Operative, you will be responsible for

  • Operating CNC and production machinery to manufacture bespoke products.
  • Loading materials and monitoring machine performance.
  • Carrying out quality checks using measuring equipment.
  • Reading and following production drawings and job sheets.
  • Changing tooling and making basic machine adjustments where required.
  • Working closely with colleagues to meet production schedules.
  • Maintaining high housekeeping and health & safety standards.
  • The Candidate
  • To be successful in this Production Operative role, you'll ideally have:
  • Previous experience operating manufacturing machinery.
  • Experience working within a precision engineering or manufacturing environment.
  • A good eye for detail and commitment to producing quality work.
  • A positive attitude and willingness to work overtime during busy periods.
