Eventus Legal are seeking a Commercial Property Solicitor with 3+ years PQE to join a growing legal team in Worcester, Worcestershire. This is a permanent job offering a competitive salary dependent on experience, working Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm with hybrid working available. Based in Worcester, this is an exciting opportunity for a solicitor looking for a varied commercial property caseload, career progression and a supportive working environment within an innovative law firm.

About the Role

As the Commercial Property Solicitor, you will join a forward-thinking property team handling a diverse range of commercial property matters. This job offers the opportunity to work closely with clients on investment property, landlord and tenant matters and development projects while contributing to the continued growth of the department.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing a varied portfolio of commercial property transactions for a broad client base
  • Providing commercially focused advice on acquisitions, disposals and investment property matters
  • Handling landlord and tenant work including lease negotiations and associated advisory matters
  • Supporting clients with property development transactions and related legal requirements
  • Building strong relationships with clients and delivering a high standard of service
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues to support the continued success of the property team
  • Taking ownership of files and progressing matters efficiently through to completion

About You

You will be an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor with at least 3 years PQE and a strong background in general commercial property work. This job would suit someone who is commercially minded, proactive and keen to develop their career within a modern law firm that values flexibility, innovation and client care.

You should also be able to demonstrate the following:

  • At least 3 years PQE gained within commercial property law
  • Experience managing matters involving investment property, landlord and tenant and development work
  • Strong organisation skills with the ability to manage a varied caseload effectively
  • A proactive approach with the confidence to work independently and take ownership of files
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality legal work
  • Clear and confident communication skills when advising clients and working with colleagues
  • A professional and commercially aware approach to client relationships
