Senior Property Paralegal

Our client a leading multi office practice specialising in property, due to continued growth are now recruiting for experienced Senior Property Paralegal to join their property department in Woodbridge .

You will find a friendly and supportive culture; our client has a reputation for dealing with high-quality work and delivering a first-class service .

The Role

  • Take instructions from clients
  • Dealing mainly with the sale of properties that are under order to be sold
  • Preparing contract pack
  • Chasing enquiries and progress on the matter to ensure a speedy exchange
  • Raising client enquiries with solicitors
  • Carry out all electronic ID checks, OS2 and Bankruptcy searches
  • Issuing contracts and dealing with any sale enquiries
  • Support in exchanging contracts and completion transactions
  • The Candidate
  • You will have at least 2 year's residential property experience gained within a reputable law firm, Knowledge of conveyancing from start to finish along with new build experience would be preferred
  • Strong IT skills, experience with case management systems
  • Able to work to deadlines
  • Strong communication skills across all channels with developers, solicitors, lenders and clients
