The Role
As a Process Engineer, you'll play a key role in improving equipment performance and reducing downtime by identifying recurring issues and implementing long-term solutions. Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Analysing equipment performance data to identify trends and drive reliability improvements.
- Leading root cause analysis investigations to eliminate repeat failures.
- Presenting daily and weekly KPI reports, along with action plans to improve performance.
- Leading major breakdown investigations and implementing corrective actions.
