About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our aftersales team in Wokingham.

Key Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and provide a professional, friendly service.
- Book vehicles in for servicing, MOTs, diagnostics, and repairs.
- Prepare accurate estimates and explain work required in a clear, customer-friendly manner.
- Liaise with workshop technicians to monitor repair progress.
- Keep customers updated throughout the service process.
- Obtain authorisation for additional work where required.
- Produce invoices and arrange smooth vehicle handovers.
- Promote additional products and services where appropriate.
- Maintain accurate records using the dealer management system.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and compliance with company standards.
- Candidate Requirements
- Previous experience as a Service Advisor within the automotive industry.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workloads.
- Ability to work efficiently in a busy aftersales environment.
- Experience using dealer management systems is desirable.
- Full UK driving licence preferred.
