Your duties will include
- Tax Advisory
- International tax advisory services o FIG regime for those arriving or recently arrived in the UK.
o Temporary repatriation facility.
o Transferring to and from the UK including the Statutory Residence Test.
o Remittance basis including the old rules and how they interact with new FIG regime.
o Transfer of asset abroad legislation.
- Inheritance tax planning
- Advanced CGT advisory and related compliance
- Profit extraction advice
- Compliance
- Manage a portfolio of clients and prepare tax returns (the more complex returns in our portfolio)
- Review returns prepared by other team members
- Review ATED returns prepared by other team members

- Line management of 2 people
- Responsible for WIP and Billing
- Business development/networking
- Review and develop processes for the team to ensure quality of product and risk management
We're looking for someone who's eager to learn, proactive, and ready to make an impact. If you bring the following, we'll help you grow:
- Ability to build relationships and deliver excellent client service
- Experience in managing a large portfolio of personal tax clients
- Awareness of residence issues, including the new Foreign Income and Gains regime
- Awareness of trust structures and associated tax compliance requirements
Salary range £75-85k (indicative) plus benefits, onsite parking and hybrid working.
