Our client, a well-established Legal 500 and Chambers-ranked law firm, is seeking a Private Client Paralegal to join its highly regarded team in Wokingham.

The Role
Working alongside a team of eight experienced Private Client fee earners, you will manage straightforward probate matters with minimal supervision while assisting on a broad range of high-quality Private Client work.
Your caseload will include
- Estate administration
- Probate matters
- Will drafting and reviews
- Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPAs)
- Trust creation and administration
- Court of Protection matters
- Inheritance Tax (IHT) planning
- Trust and estate administration
- Estate accounts and tax administration
- Elderly client advice
- Trust and estate disputes (assisting)
About You
- Previous experience working as a Private Client Paralegal or Legal Assistant
- Experience handling straightforward probate files with minimal supervision
- Knowledge of wills, probate, LPAs and estate administration
- Excellent organisational and client care skills
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage a varied workload
- A genuine interest in developing a long-term career in Private Client law
