In this role, you will deliver Electrical Installation training to apprentices and industry learners, supporting both practical and classroom-based development. You will guide learners through their qualifications, assess their progress, and help prepare them for successful careers within the electrical industry.

The Role
- Deliver Electrical Installation training to apprentices and learners
- Support both practical workshop sessions and classroom-based learning
- Assess learner progress and provide guidance, feedback and support
- Deliver training across Electrical Installation and specialist short courses
- Undertake training in Solar PV, Battery Storage, EV Charging and Inspection & Testing
- Monday to Friday position based in Witney
The Person
- NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation
- Teaching qualification (AET, PTLLS, Cert Ed, PGCE or equivalent)
- Assessor qualification (or willingness to work towards if required)
- Strong Electrical Installation industry experience
- Experience delivering Electrical Installation training
- Interest in renewable technologies and ongoing professional development
