We are looking for a Ward Manger (RMN/RNLD) to join our team at Cygnet Kewstoke.

Cygnet Hospital Kewstoke provides emergency admissions services for men and women, and a pathway for women to rehabilitation including a specialist service for personality disorder.

Your day-to-day...

You'll be working full time 37.5 hours per week.

  • Pay Rate - £ 61,590.00 per annum
  • Provide suggestions, proposals & recommendations to the Hospital Manager aimed at the continued development of the ward
  • Contribute & participate in planned visits to the ward by professional visitors
  • Initiate & maintain a monitoring system in relation to professional nursing practice at unit level, including pin numbers & the current registration of all qualified staff
  • Ensure that the evaluation of service delivery is user (i. e. patient, carer & family) based
  • Advise non-clinical staff within the hospital on management of patients with mental illness
  • Ensure patients' rights to confidentiality are respected & that Cygnet Health Care & professional policies are adhered to.
