We are recruiting a Vehicle Technician on behalf of a well-established independent VAG specialist in Warwick.
This is an excellent Vehicle Technician opportunity for experienced motor trade professionals seeking long-term career development within a reputable and supportive environment.
The role is ideally suited to individuals with strong technical skills and a background in VAG vehicle servicing and maintenance.

Duties of a Vehicle Technician
- Conduct servicing and routine vehicle maintenance
- Diagnose and fault-find electrical and mechanical issues
- Carry out brake, suspension, and tyre repairs
- Prepare vehicles for MOT testing and conduct MOT inspections (if qualified)
- Perform repairs efficiently, maintaining high standards of workmanship
- Provide excellent customer service within a busy workshop environment
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet workshop targets
Requirements of a Vehicle Technician
- NVQ Level 3 in Vehicle Maintenance & Repair or equivalent
- Proven experience as a Vehicle Technician
- VAG experience is highly advantageous
- Confident in diagnostics and fault-finding procedures
- MOT Tester licence is desirable but not essential
- Full UK driving licence
