We are currently recruiting for an Employment Solicitor to join a growing team in Warwickshire.

This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor with strong employment law experience who is looking for a varied caseload, genuine client exposure and the opportunity to make a real impact within a supportive team.

The Role

You will advise a diverse range of clients across a broad spectrum of employment law matters, providing high-quality, commercially focused advice and supporting clients through both contentious and non-contentious issues.

Your responsibilities will include

  • Advising clients on a wide range of employment law matters
  • Managing your own caseload and client relationships
  • Providing advice on employment contracts, policies and procedures
  • Advising on disciplinary, grievance and performance matters
  • Supporting clients with redundancies, restructures and TUPE
  • Advising on settlement agreements and termination of employment
  • Handling Employment Tribunal matters and associated litigation
  • Providing pragmatic advice on day-to-day employment issues
  • Building strong, trusted relationships with clients
  • Contributing to business development and the continued growth of the employment offering
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues across the wider practice

About You

We are looking for a qualified Employment Solicitor/Lawyer with solid experience in employment law.

You will ideally have

  • Qualified Solicitor status in England & Wales, or equivalent legal qualification. Circa 3 - 6 PQE.
  • Strong experience within an employment law environment
  • Experience across both contentious and non-contentious employment matters
  • Excellent technical knowledge of employment legislation
  • Experience dealing with Employment Tribunal matters
  • Strong client management and communication skills
  • A commercial and solutions-focused approach
  • The ability to manage your own workload and caseload effectively
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • A proactive and collaborative approach
