Description
You'll take ownership of the business's cashflow forecasting, reporting and analysis, working closely with senior Finance stakeholders and teams across the wider business.
Your responsibilities will include
- Owning the 13-week rolling cashflow forecast, alongside longer-term cash planning
- Analysing AR, AP, DSO, DPO and working capital movements
- Understanding the key drivers behind cash movements and challenging variances
- Bringing together information from multiple systems and turning complex data into a clear, concise story
- Reporting cashflow performance to Group and senior stakeholders
- Identifying opportunities to improve processes, forecasting accuracy and working capital
- Supporting automation and continuous improvement initiatives
- Helping the business understand not just where cash is, but why it is there and what can be done to improve it

You could be an experienced FP&A professional looking for a role with more ownership, or someone with a strong analytical background who has developed a real interest in cashflow and working capital.
You'll ideally have
- Strong FP&A, financial analysis or management accounting experience
- Excellent Excel skills
- Experience with forecasting and variance analysis
- A good understanding of cashflow and working capital

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
