Axon Moore is pleased to be partnered with an ambitious and growing SME in Golbourne as they look to appoint an FD Designate into their business.

The successful candidate will join as an experienced Financial Controller, and will be mentored by an excellent fractional CFO, with the expectation that they learn the business, people, and mechanics of the individual entities over their first year so that they can step up into the Finance Director position in 12-18 months.

This a fully office based role but has the flexibility expected of a demanding junior FD role.

It'll work closely with the directors of each individual subsidiary and will have flexiblity around business needs.

The Financial Controller / Future Finance Director, will be able to build their own finance team from scratch, being fully resourced to develop better systems, implement AI, and hire a suitable team beneath.

Long term, this is an ambitious and growing SME and the business owners are looking for a dynamic, ambitious and down to earth candidate that can go the distance on the journey with them, and in return they'll be highly rewarded.
