This role would suit a commercially minded Commercial Property Solicitor with at least 6 years' PQE who enjoys developing client relationships, supervising and mentoring others, and helping to drive the continued growth of a well-established department.
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will manage a varied caseload of commercial property matters including:
- Buying and selling commercial property
- Commercial leases and licences
- Property finance transactions
- Development work
- Options agreements
- Pre-emption agreements
- Overage agreements

The role will also involve building and maintaining strong relationships with both existing and new clients and professional contacts.
