Are you an aspiring Project Manager or similar with a background in Transformation Change or similar, looking to build a long-term career with a multi-national healthcare company who will offer a range of smaller projects initially, training and development into senior management and long-term progression opportunities?

On offer is the opportunity to join one of the largest Healthcare companies in the UK, who over the last 30 years have acquired multiple businesses and are looking to consistently grow over the coming years. They have projects of varying sizes across the business function that require specific management and co-ordination to fulfil the companies timescales and goals.

This varied role will see you responsible for overseeing wholesale changes across the business including software upgrades, system integrations, stakeholder management and site moves. You will be involved with co-ordinating staff, improving processes to make them more lean, data analysis and reporting into the Change Manager. This role is Monday to Friday, 40 hr week.

This role would suit a Project Manager or similar with a background in Transformation or Change Management looking to become a leading figure within a multi-national company within a newly created role, specifically to help the business become more efficient and upgrade their current processes across multiple departments.

The Role:

  • Projects / Program Management across multiple departments.
  • Co-ordinating upgrades, system integrations, process improvements.
  • Present progress updates, managing lead times.
  • Reporting into Change Manager.
  • Monday to Friday (9-5PM).

The Person:

  • Background in Project Management or Co-Ordination.
  • Background in Change Management.
  • Commutable to Wakefield.
