- Overview
You will be the main point of contact between customers and the workshop, ensuring vehicle servicing and repairs are managed efficiently while delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers and discuss servicing, maintenance, and repair requirements.
- Book vehicles into the workshop and arrange courtesy cars where needed.
- Liaise with technicians and workshop controllers on vehicle progress.
- Keep customers updated and obtain approval for additional work.
- Prepare job cards, estimates, and invoices.
- Explain completed work and associated charges.
- Upsell service plans, labour, parts, and other aftersales products.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
Requirements
