The Opportunity

Working within an experienced Family Law department, you will manage a varied caseload of privately funded matters from instruction through to conclusion.

Your work will include

  • Divorce and dissolution proceedings
  • Financial settlements and matrimonial finance
  • Cohabitation and property disputes
  • Private Children Act matters
  • Child arrangement orders
  • Parental responsibility and specific issue applications
  • Separation agreements
  • Negotiation and settlement
  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships

This is a client-facing role offering autonomy while working alongside experienced family law experts

About You

You will ideally have

  • At least 2 years' PQE or equivalent family law experience
  • Strong knowledge of privately funded family matters
