- Overseeing and managing a small team of engineers and contractors
- Deliver Planned and preventative maintenance tasks within agreed timeframes
- On call rota 1 in 3 weeks
The Person:
- Previous M&E or Hard FM Experience
- Understanding of Legionella and Asbestos
