A leading Legal 500 law firm is seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join its established team in Telford. This is a full-time, permanent opportunity offering hybrid working and excellent long-term career prospects.

The firm has a close-knit team based in Telford, supported by a wider conveyancing department across four offices. It is now looking to recruit a confident and capable Residential Conveyancer who can manage a caseload independently with minimal supervision from the outset and who is also able to travel to their Shrewsbury office.

The Role

  • Managing a varied and manageable caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion
  • Delivering a high standard of client care at all times
  • Building and maintaining strong client and referrer relationships
  • Attending and contributing to networking and business development events
  • Using case management systems and IT effectively to support efficient file handling

About You

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience handling your own residential conveyancing caseload
  • Qualification as a Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer
  • A proven ability to provide excellent client service
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • The ability to work effectively as part of a collaborative team
