The Role

  • Operating and monitoring modern automated production machinery.
  • Carrying out machine changeovers, basic fault finding, and supporting continuous production.
  • Working as part of a team to achieve production, quality, and safety targets.
  • 4 on 4 off rotating shift pattern covering both days and nights.

The Person

  • Experience in manufacturing, production, warehousing, logistics, assembly, engineering, construction, automotive, military, or another hands-on environment would be advantageous but not essential.
  • Practical mindset with good attention to detail and a willingness to learn.
  • Reliable, motivated, and looking for structured training and long-term career progression.
