The firm are seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join their growing Residential Property team.

This is an opportunity to join a firm that combines the flexibility of fully remote working with the support, structure and resources of a well-established regional practice.

Unlike many firms advertising remote roles, this position is designed from the ground up for experienced Conveyancers who are comfortable managing their own caseload autonomously while remaining part of a collaborative and supportive team.

The Role

You will manage your own Residential Conveyancing caseload from instruction through to post-completion, handling a broad range of matters including:

  • Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
  • Remortgages
  • Transfers of equity
  • New build transactions
  • Shared ownership matters
  • General residential property transactions
