Somerset | Hybrid Working (2 Days from Home)

A well-established and highly regarded Somerset law firm is looking to recruit a Litigation Paralegal to join its Litigation team.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a firm that combines a rich heritage and outstanding reputation with modern values, flexible working and a genuinely supportive culture.

You'll work alongside experienced litigators, gaining exposure to a broad range of contentious matters while developing your career within a collaborative team.

The role will involve supporting matters including

  • Landlord and tenant disputes (residential and commercial)
  • Inheritance disputes and contentious probate
  • Employment disputes, including Employment Tribunal matters
  • Debt recovery
  • Contract disputes
  • Property litigation
  • General civil litigation

The successful candidate will have previous litigation experience gained within a law firm, excellent organisational skills and a strong commitment to delivering exceptional client service.

This role would suit someone looking to broaden their experience across a varied litigation caseload while benefiting from ongoing support and career development.
