The Role
You will manage your own varied residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion, delivering exceptional client service while building strong relationships with introducers and local business contacts.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage a broad range of residential property matters, including
- Sales and purchases
- New build transactions
- Re-mortgages
- Shared ownership
- Lease extensions
- Deliver excellent client care while meeting agreed income and performance targets.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with local estate agents, introducers, and other professional contacts.
- Ensure transactions are progressed efficiently with a proactive and commercial approach.
About You
- Qualified Solicitor, Fellow of CILEx, Licensed Conveyancer, or qualified by experience.
- At least 3 years' PQE in residential conveyancing, or 7+ years' experience managing your own residential conveyancing caseload if qualified by experience.
- Confident handling a busy and varied caseload with minimal supervision.
- Excellent communication, organisational, and client care skills.
- Commercially minded with a proactive approach to business development and networking.
- A team player who is passionate about delivering a high-quality service.
