Silcom Recruitment are seeking an experienced Workshop Controller to join a well-established main-dealer franchise, based in Swindon. We are looking for candidates with proven motor trade Workshop Controller experience who can drive workshop efficiency, manage workflow, and deliver exceptional service standards. Responsibilities & Requirements:

  • Manage and allocate daily workshop jobs to technicians efficiently.
  • Ensure smooth communication between Service, Parts, and Workshop teams.
  • Monitor job progress, quality, and completion times.
  • Maximise workshop efficiency and productivity.
  • Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction and compliance.

Essential: Previous experience as a Workshop Controller within the motor trade.

The Package:

  • Salary: Up to £35,000 basic + bonus £40,000 OTE
  • Hours: Monday - Friday 08:00am - 5:00pm, 1 in 3 Saturdays 08:00am-12:30pm
  • Modern workshop facilities with up-to-date diagnostic equipment.
  • Supportive team environment within a well-established franchise dealership.
