We're recruiting for a Weekend Showroom Host to join a busy automotive dealership in Swindon. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys meeting people, delivering exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming environment for customers.
As the first point of contact for visitors, you'll play an important role in ensuring every customer receives a professional and friendly experience from the moment they arrive.
As a Weekend Showroom Host, you'll be responsible for:
- Greeting customers and visitors in a warm, professional and friendly manner.
- Acting as the first point of contact and directing enquiries to the appropriate department.
- Supporting the Sales and Aftersales teams by managing customer arrivals efficiently.
- Maintaining a clean, organised and welcoming showroom environment.
- Delivering an outstanding customer experience that reflects the high standards of the dealership.
- Assisting with general reception and administrative duties where required.
This is a weekend-only position, working 8 hours on Saturday and 6 hours on Sunday.
You’ll ideally have:
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role, ideally within retail, hospitality or the automotive industry.
