Covering customer sites across the South of England, you will be responsible for the installation, servicing, maintenance and repair of a wide range of industrial equipment, ensuring customers receive a first-class service.

Non-Negotiable Requirements of the Field Service Engineer (Must Have):
- Previous experience as a Field Service Engineer, Service Engineer or Maintenance Engineer
- Strong electrical and/or mechanical engineering background
- Experience working in automated environment (Manufacturing or Industrial)
- Engineering qualification (minimum Level 3 or equivalent)
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Must live within a 40-mile radius of Reading
- Willingness to travel across the South of England
Essential Requirements of the Field Service Engineer:
- Experience servicing, maintaining and repairing industrial or manufacturing equipment
- Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills on electrical and mechanical systems
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage your own workload
- Good understanding of health and safety procedures
- Flexible approach to travel and occasional overtime
Desirable Requirements:
- Experience with hydraulics, pneumatics or automated machinery
- PLC fault-finding experience
- Installation and commissioning experience
- Previous experience working within manufacturing, industrial, packaging or material handling environments
