Our client is a growing business looking for an organised, proactive and customer-focused Insurance Administrator to join their Head Office team.
This is a varied role where you'll play an important part in managing claims from initial allocation through to completion, while working closely with customers, internal teams and a network of franchise partners.

The Role
You'll take responsibility for claims managed by Head Office and Head Office-owned territories, ensuring they are progressed efficiently and accurately from start to finish.
You'll also provide administrative support across the wider business and work closely with the franchise network to help maintain high levels of service.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage incoming calls and emails relating to claims and ensure they are allocated correctly.
- Coordinate the full claims process from initial allocation through to fulfilment, reporting and closure.
- Liaise with internal departments including Production and Customer Service to ensure claims progress smoothly.
- Monitor franchise claims activity and provide ongoing administrative support.
- Produce reports and maintain accurate claims records.
- Manage filing, documentation, archiving and general administration.
- Respond to customer enquiries professionally and efficiently.
- Support other departments and associated companies with administrative tasks as required.
- Identify issues and help find practical solutions to keep the operation running effectively.
About You
We're looking for someone who is organised, reliable and confident managing multiple priorities in a busy environment.
You'll ideally have
- Previous experience within claims, insurance or a related administrative environment.
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Confident written and verbal communication skills.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel and Outlook.
- A proactive approach and the ability to work independently.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- The ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Experience using claims, CRM or other business systems would be advantageous.
- Knowledge of Quick Books or basic accounting would be beneficial but is not essential.

- £25,000 – £30,000 depending on experience.
- Monday – Friday, 8:30am – 5:30pm.
