Due to continued growth, my client is looking for a multi-skilled engineer to join the team at their facility in Suffolk. The successful applicant will be responsible for supporting the Head of Engineering, coordinating maintenance schedules, managing contractors, and ensuring health, safety, and environmental standards are met. You will be a member of the team and will remain fully hands-on, assisting with planned & preventative maintenance, PLC fault-finding, production line efficiency, and internal KPIs. This is a great opportunity to develop your skills on a fixed Monday to Friday shift.

The Role:
- Assisting with the technical supervision of evening maintenance schedules, contractors, and health & safety standards.
- Executing hands-on planned & preventative maintenance, machine modifications, and electrical/PLC fault-finding.
- Working at a single site in Suffolk on a Monday to Friday evening shift pattern.
The Candidate:
- NVQ Level 3 or higher in Mechanical and/or Electrical Engineering
- Experience working in the food/FMCG industry.
- Senior, team lead, or strong autonomous engineering experience.
- Commutable to Suffolk.
