Join our clients team a Warranty Support Administrator, where you will play a crucial role in maintaining our commitment to exceptional aftersales support.

This position is perfect for individuals with a background in motor trade, automotive administration, warranty processing, or insurance/claims administration who thrive in a structured, process-driven environment.

Day-to-day of the role

  • Support the processing of warranty claims in accordance with manufacturer guidelines.
  • Ensure all claims are submitted accurately with the correct documentation, labour times, and supporting evidence.
  • Review repair orders and identify discrepancies or missing information.
  • Liaise with Technicians and Service Advisors to ensure accurate diagnosis and supporting documentation.
  • Monitor outstanding warranty submissions and follow up where required.
  • Assist with managing and resubmitting rejected claims.
  • Maintain accurate records and assist with reporting requirements.
  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Aftersales team.
  • Ensure compliance with manufacturer policies and internal procedures.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Previous administration experience within the motor trade, automotive aftersales, warranty administration, insurance claims, or a similar environment.
  • Excellent attention to detail and high levels of accuracy.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Confident communication and interpersonal skills.
  • IT literate, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and internal systems.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Desirable Experience

  • Experience working within a dealership or automotive environment.
  • Knowledge of manufacturer warranty processes.
  • Experience handling claims, compliance, or invoice checking.
