Join our clients team a Warranty Support Administrator, where you will play a crucial role in maintaining our commitment to exceptional aftersales support.
This position is perfect for individuals with a background in motor trade, automotive administration, warranty processing, or insurance/claims administration who thrive in a structured, process-driven environment.
Day-to-day of the role
- Support the processing of warranty claims in accordance with manufacturer guidelines.
- Ensure all claims are submitted accurately with the correct documentation, labour times, and supporting evidence.
- Review repair orders and identify discrepancies or missing information.
- Liaise with Technicians and Service Advisors to ensure accurate diagnosis and supporting documentation.
- Monitor outstanding warranty submissions and follow up where required.
- Assist with managing and resubmitting rejected claims.
- Maintain accurate records and assist with reporting requirements.
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Aftersales team.
- Ensure compliance with manufacturer policies and internal procedures.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Previous administration experience within the motor trade, automotive aftersales, warranty administration, insurance claims, or a similar environment.
- Excellent attention to detail and high levels of accuracy.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Confident communication and interpersonal skills.
- IT literate, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and internal systems.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Desirable Experience
- Experience working within a dealership or automotive environment.
- Knowledge of manufacturer warranty processes.
- Experience handling claims, compliance, or invoice checking.
