Due to continued growth, they have partnered with Reed to recruit an experienced Senior Accountant to join their friendly and supportive team.

The Role
As a Senior Accountant, you will support the Managers and Partners across a varied portfolio of clients. Responsibilities will include:
- Preparing and reviewing statutory year-end accounts for a wide range of clients, including limited companies, sole traders, groups, LLPs, charities and other not-for-profit organisations.
- Acting as a key point of contact for clients, building strong relationships and providing tailored advice where appropriate.
- Ensuring assignments are completed to a high standard and within agreed deadlines.
- Preparing and reviewing self-assessment tax returns, corporation tax returns and VAT returns.
- Supporting and mentoring trainee accountants, sharing knowledge and encouraging their development.
About You
We are keen to speak with professionals who have developed their career within an accountancy practice environment and have experience working under UK accounting and tax regulations.
This is NOT a portfolio management role, but a hands-on Senior Accountant.
Ideally, you will
- Be ACA, ACCA or AAT qualified (or nearing completion of your qualification).
- Have experience providing accounting and tax services to a diverse client portfolio.
- Enjoy building relationships with clients and delivering excellent service.
- Have experience supporting or mentoring junior team members.
- Be looking for a firm that genuinely values its people and rewards performance and contribution.
