Working from a clean, modern and well-organised manufacturing facility, you'll be responsible for operating and setting a variety of machinery, including CNC machines, lathes, milling machines and sliding head machines. This opportunity would suit either an experienced CNC Machinist looking for a long-term career move or a motivated junior engineer with some CNC knowledge who is keen to learn and develop within a supportive environment. Key Duties
- Operating CNC machinery to manufacture precision-engineered components.
- Setting and operating lathes, milling machines and sliding head machines.
- Reading and interpreting engineering drawings.
- Producing components to tight tolerances and quality standards.
- Conducting basic machine checks and ensuring equipment is maintained correctly.
- Maintaining a safe, clean and organised working environment.
- Working closely with colleagues to achieve production targets.
- Undertaking training to develop additional skills and responsibilities.
What We're Looking For
- Previous CNC machining or machine operating experience would be beneficial.
- Knowledge of CNC machines, lathes, milling machines or sliding head machinery.
- Ability to read engineering drawings.

Working Hours
- Monday to Thursday: 07:30 - 16:30.
- Friday: 07:30 - 12:30.
- 40 hours per week.
- Overtime available and paid at 1.5x hourly rate.
- During busy periods, there may be opportunities to work a late shift from 14:00 - 00:00, paid at 1 times the standard hourly rate.
