An established and well-regarded law firm is seeking an experienced Private Client Solicitor to join its growing team.

This is an excellent opportunity to handle a high-quality caseload within a supportive and professional environment.

The Role

You will manage a varied caseload of private client matters, with a strong focus on Wills, Probate, and estate administration.

The role offers a good level of autonomy, supported by an experienced and collaborative team.

Key responsibilities include

Managing a full caseload of Wills, Probate, and estate administration matters.

Providing expert legal advice to clients both in person and over the phone.

Ensuring files are progressed efficiently in line with compliance and internal procedures.

Handling billing processes, including timely invoicing and recovery of disbursements.

Maintaining excellent client care and professional standards.

Working collaboratively with colleagues across the wider team.

Supporting business development and contributing to the growth of the department.

About You

Qualified Solicitor with 2+ years' PQE in Private Client work.

Proven experience handling Wills and Probate matters independently.

Strong communication and client relationship skills.

Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.

Confident IT user with experience of case management systems.

Commercially aware and proactive approach.

Salary & Benefits

Salary circa £34,000+ (dependent on experience).

23 days holiday + UK bank holidays.
