A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer to join a fast-paced and busy food production site in Stonehouse. This role would suit an engineer who enjoys working within a high-volume manufacturing environment and is looking to join a stable and well-established business.

Working as part of the engineering team, you will be responsible for carrying out both reactive and planned preventative maintenance across a variety of production and packaging machinery, while supporting continuous improvement activities across site. The business is looking for a hands-on engineer who is comfortable working across both electrical and mechanical maintenance disciplines.

Non-Negotiable Requirements:

  • Multi-skilled maintenance experience within a manufacturing or industrial environment
  • Ability to work across both electrical and mechanical maintenance tasks
  • Experience carrying out planned, preventative, and reactive maintenance within a fast-paced production environment

Requirements:

  • Electrical and mechanical fault-finding experience
  • Engineering qualification (Electrical or Mechanical)
  • Experience working within manufacturing, food production, FMCG, or industrial environments

Desirable Requirements:

  • Previous experience working as a Maintenance Engineer within the UK
  • Experience fault finding on PLC systems using inputs and outputs
