The Role
- Inspect materials and processes to company and ISO standards
- Manage and contain non-conforming parts and products
- Lead RCCA activities and close out quality issues
- Maintain and support the ISO Quality Management System
- Coordinate internal and external audits
- Manage controlled documents, specifications and procedures
- Support quality standards for new and existing products
- Ensure test equipment is calibrated and compliant
- Identify and support continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements
- HNC / Level 4 in Quality or Engineering or equivalent
- Experience as an Inspection Technician or Quality Technician
- Experience as a Process Auditor
- Strong understanding of quality tools and root cause analysis
- Ability to analyse technical information and process data
- Excellent communication, organisation and problem-solving skills
- High attention to detail
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Quality Background within manufacturing or engeinerring or FMCG
