Overview of department

The Workplace Insights Analyst plays a key role in enabling evidence led decision making across Facilities Management by transforming workplace, operational and system data into meaningful insight.

The role supports the continuous improvement of workplace by identifying improvement of the workplace identifying trends, measuring performance, evidencing opportunities for improvement and evaluating the impact of change.

Working closely with the FM Systems, Projects and Operational teams, the post holder will ensure that data is translated into actionable insight that enhances workplace performance, employee experience and business outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Workplace Insight & Analytics
  • Analyse workplace m operational and system data to identify trends, risks and opportunities
  • Transform complex datasets into clear meaningful insight
  • Develop dashboards and visualisations that support operational and strategic decision making
  • Monitoring KPIs and workplace performance measures
  • Continuous Improvement
  • Work with the System team to identify reoccurring themes and root causes
  • Provide evidence to support improvement opportunities
  • Measure the effectiveness of workplace improvements
  • Support benefits realisation activities
  • Systems & Data
  • Ensure the quality and integrity of workplace data
  • Work with Systems colleagues to improve data capture
  • Develop reporting capability across FM Systems
  • Identify opportunities to automate reporting
