MERITUS are recruiting for a Supplier Due Diligence / Supplier Onboarding Analyst to join a sovereign defence manufacturing business as they continue scaling. We are looking for someone with experience of KYC, ISO27001, ISO9001 and comes from a Defence, Aerospace or Automotive background.

- Position: Supplier Due Diligence Analyst
- Location: Stevenage (2 days a week on site after induction)
- Duration: 6 months
- Rate: £27.38 per hour

- Clearance: Undergo SC clearance
The Procurement Excellence team operates at an International (Group) level and is a team of subject matter experts providing support to Procurement and the Senior Procurement management team.
Responsibilities:
- All Non-procurement Vendor Due diligence - Investigating vendors on third party tools, proposing an assessment, validating with compliance
- Onboarding processing
- Supplier data management
- Stakeholder management - Finance, compliance, procurement, rest of business
- Reporting and dashboards
Skillset/experience required:
- Supplier Onboarding/KYC
- Defence and aerospace regulatory knowledge
- Knowledge of ISO37001 - ETHICS
- Knowledge of ISO9001 - QUALITY
- Advanced Excel/Word/PowerPoint skills
- Attention to detail
- Quick to master new tools and processes
- Ivalua (advantageous not required)
- SAP (preferential not required)
