The Role
As Finance Business Partner, you will act as a trusted advisor to functional leaders, providing financial insight that supports strategic and day-to-day decision-making.
You will play a key role in planning, forecasting and performance management activities, helping stakeholders understand financial results, identify opportunities for improvement and deliver against business objectives.
The position requires someone who can confidently challenge assumptions, simplify complex financial information and build strong partnerships across the business.
You will also support governance and reporting requirements, ensuring financial controls, processes and reporting standards are maintained to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities
- Build strong relationships with operational leadership teams, providing financial guidance and challenge.
