THE ROLE:
An outstanding opportunity has arisen for an experienced Private Client Solicitor to join a well-established Private Client team at Legal Director level.

You will advise high-net-worth individuals, families, and business owners on a broad range of complex private client matters, with a particular emphasis on trusts, tax, and succession planning.

Your workload will include advising on lifetime and succession planning, drafting trust structures and deeds of variation, acting as a professional Trustee, providing strategic advice on inheritance tax and capital gains tax planning, and working closely with financial advisers and tax specialists to deliver bespoke solutions.

Alongside managing key client relationships, you will play an important role in the continued growth of the team through mentoring junior lawyers and supporting business development initiatives.

THE CANDIDATE:
Applications are welcomed from qualified Solicitors with at least 10 years' PQE and extensive experience in private client work, particularly trusts, tax, and estate planning.

STEP qualification is preferred.

You will possess exceptional technical knowledge, strong drafting and analytical skills, and the ability to provide commercially and personally sensitive advice to high-net-worth clients.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, a collaborative approach, and a proven ability to build and maintain long-term client and referrer relationships.
