Acorn by Synergie is recruiting Assembly Operatives to join a leading aerospace manufacturer in South Molton.

This is an excellent opportunity for Assembly Operatives, Production Operatives, Factory Operatives, and Manufacturing Operatives looking to build a long-term career within the aerospace industry.

Full training is provided, making this role suitable for candidates with manufacturing experience or those with excellent manual dexterity and a keen eye for detail.

  • Key Duties
  • Assemble actuator components in line with engineering drawings and specifications.
  • Carry out quality inspections to ensure products meet required standards.
  • Use precision hand tools and assembly equipment safely and accurately.
  • Read and interpret technical drawings and work instructions.
  • Identify and resolve basic assembly issues.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organised working environment.
  • Follow company procedures and health and safety guidelines at all times.
  • Work collaboratively to achieve production targets and deadlines.
  • Support continuous improvements in quality, efficiency, and productivity.

Requirements

  • Previous assembly, manufacturing, production, or factory experience is desirable but not essential.
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
  • Good manual dexterity and confidence using hand tools.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings is advantageous.
  • Basic computer skills.
