This is an excellent opportunity for Assembly Operatives, Production Operatives, Factory Operatives, and Manufacturing Operatives looking to build a long-term career within the aerospace industry.
Full training is provided, making this role suitable for candidates with manufacturing experience or those with excellent manual dexterity and a keen eye for detail.

- Key Duties
- Assemble actuator components in line with engineering drawings and specifications.
- Carry out quality inspections to ensure products meet required standards.
- Use precision hand tools and assembly equipment safely and accurately.
- Read and interpret technical drawings and work instructions.
- Identify and resolve basic assembly issues.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organised working environment.
- Follow company procedures and health and safety guidelines at all times.
- Work collaboratively to achieve production targets and deadlines.

Requirements
- Previous assembly, manufacturing, production, or factory experience is desirable but not essential.
