Are you a Quantity Surveyor looking to work on prestigious luxury interiors and fit-out projects, where you can take ownership of high-value contracts while receiving specialist training and clear opportunities to progress?

This is a multiple award-winning specialist contractor with over 300 years of heritage, delivering bespoke decorative plasterwork and exceptional interior finishes across some of the UK's most prestigious properties. Working alongside leading architects, interior designers and main contractors, the company delivers high-end projects for royal palaces, luxury private residences, five-star hotels and premium commercial developments.

In this role, you'll manage the commercial delivery of luxury interior projects from order through to final account, overseeing costs, valuations, variations and reporting while ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.

The Role:

  • Manage luxury residential, commercial and heritage interior projects valued between £100k and £1.5m
  • Take responsibility for commercial and operational delivery from order through to final account
  • Prepare valuations, variations, invoicing and cost reports using Excel
  • Monitor project costs, budgets and financial performance
  • Coordinate subcontractors, programmes and project requirements to ensure deadlines and quality standards are achieved
  • Work closely with clients, consultants, site teams and internal departments
  • Build and maintain strong long-term client relationships
  • Receive specialist training and development, including SMSTS
  • Travel across London and project sites as required

The Person:

  • Experience working as a Quantity Surveyor within construction, interiors, fit-out or a related sector
  • Strong commercial awareness with experience managing project costs and variations
  • Confident using Excel for valuations, reporting and cost control
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Full UK Driving Licence
  • Commutable to Croydon and willing to travel across London
