As part of this journey, we are seeking a technically strong ACA qualified Group Financial Controller to play a critical leadership role in shaping a best-in-class finance function.

Reporting directly to the CFO, you will operate at the heart of a fast-paced, deal-driven environment.
You will combine strong technical expertise with commercial acumen, helping to scale the finance function while supporting ongoing M&A activity and post-deal integration.
You will lead from the front, driving improvements in reporting, controls, systems, and processes, while building a high-performing team.
Key responsibilities include
- Financial Control & Reporting
- Own and enhance the Group's financial control environment
- Lead consolidated reporting and statutory accounts across multiple entities
- Ensure consistency in accounting policies (IFRS/UK GAAP)
- Manage external audits and regulatory compliance
- Private Equity & Stakeholder Engagement
- Act as a key interface with private equity investors
- Support board reporting and strategic decision-making
- Build relationships with lenders, auditors, and advisors
- M&A & Integration
- Support financial due diligence and deal execution
- Lead post-acquisition integration of finance processes and reporting
- Drive synergy tracking and performance optimisation

Candidate profile required
- ACA or ACCA qualified
