The Role:

  • Diagnostic testing, component-level repair, servicing, and refurbishment of advanced telecoms hardware
  • Direct involvement in innovative R&D, design support, and product improvement projects
  • Workshop-based role in Solihull with flexible daily working hours to support your work-life balance

The Person:

  • Proven background as an Electronic Engineer, Bench Technician, PCB Repair Specialist, or Test Engineer
  • Proven experience soldering electronics and repairing down to component level
  • Strong fault-finding ability on complex circuits and components (even without schematics)
  • An HNC, HND, BTEC, NVQ, or Degree in Electronics/Telecoms is desirable, but strong practical expertise is highly valued
