With a flexible working pattern split between site visits, remote working, and limited office time, this role offers variety, autonomy, and the chance to make a real impact on future electricians.
As an Electrical Installation Assessor, you'll assess apprentices in the workplace, support them with evidence gathering, complete progress reviews, and help ensure learners stay on track to successfully achieve their qualifications. You'll spend the majority of your time out on site with apprentices, with a maximum of 1-2 days per week in the office.
The ideal candidate will have strong Electrical Installation industry experience, an NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation, and 18th Edition. An assessing qualification would be highly desirable, although full training and development can be provided for the right candidate. You'll be confident working independently, communicating with apprentices and employers, and supporting learners throughout their apprenticeship.
