Eventus Legal are seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join a growing Residential Property team in Sheffield, South Yorkshire. This is a full-time, permanent job position paying £50,000 to £55,000 depending on experience, with working hours of 9.00am to 5.15pm Monday to Friday. The opportunity offers the autonomy to manage a varied residential conveyancing caseload with strong team support and manageable workloads. Role Responsibilities

  • Managing a full residential conveyancing caseload independently
  • Providing clear, practical advice to clients throughout the conveyancing process
  • Maintaining high standards of client care, communication and file progression
  • Working collaboratively with support staff and colleagues across the Residential Property team
  • Contributing positively to team performance and the delivery of a high-quality residential conveyancing service

Person Specification

This Residential Conveyancer job will suit an experienced property professional who is comfortable running files autonomously while contributing to a collaborative team environment. Applications are welcomed from candidates who can demonstrate the following:

  • Qualification as a Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or CILEX professional
  • At least five years' PQE or equivalent experience in residential conveyancing
  • The ability to manage a full residential conveyancing caseload with minimal supervision
  • A strong focus on delivering high-quality client experience through clear and professional communication
  • A collaborative approach and the ability to work effectively with legal support colleagues and fellow fee earners
  • An interest in joining a progressive firm where manageable caseloads and strong team support are valued
